ORDER TIMELINE

Our company handcrafts house numbers and raw wood letters within the time stated on the listing, 1-3 business days for most items.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made?
Both are handmade. All our items are Made to Order which means we custom cut each order and this takes a little longer for your item to be created for you.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being  handmade to order.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We always love creating items you need. We reserve the right to close custom orders during busy seasons.

SHIPPING

Our company ships through the following carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS,

DHL and USPS

International shipping: 
We happily support and love our international customers.

We typically ship all International products through courier

LETTERCUT is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost of Shipping calculations
We offer free shipping to Canada and USA on orders over $30(except custom). We don’t like surprise shipping charges at checkout any more than you do.

Shipping Timeline:
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout means a faster shipping service. It does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 1-3 business days to be handmade.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our return policy:

  • Returns & exchanges accepted* within 21 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
  • * Personalized or customized goods, large numbers 16 inches or taller,  and gift cards are non-returnable. 
  • Any shipping paid on original order is non-refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Exchanges:

      If you need to exchange it for a different size, color or style, send Brian an email to Brian@MyLetterCut.com and send your item to the appropriate mailing address below.

    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

    If you are returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any shipping paid on original order is non-refundable.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
